Read this opening paragraph from Roy Wenzl of the Wichita Eagle and you won't be able to stop:
Before we tell you the story about Jerise Freeman flying through a plate glass window at Heights High School, before we tell you about her landing BOOM unconscious in a heap of limp girl and broken glass and blood one floor down, before we tell you about the two state basketball championships, and the grade point average, and the airplanes, and what her trigonometry teacher said about her, we must first take a breath, and repeat the mantra her mother has repeated to her since middle school.
